Robi, Uber partner to bring innovative digital services

: The country's leading mobile network operator, Robi has formed a partnership with world's largest on-demand ride-sharing company, Uber to bring innovative digital services to its customers.
Matiul Islam Nowshad, Chief Corporate and People Officer, Robi and Madhu Kannan, Chief Business Officer, India and Emerging Markets, Uber exchanged the partnership documents at a ceremony held at Robi Corporate Office on September 17.
Robi and Airtel subscribers will be enjoying special exclusive discounts from Uber due to this partnership. The partnership has also paved the way for Uber and Robi to work together to offer co-branded products and work out a digital service roadmap that facilitates the addition of new benefits for the customers and partners, going forward.
This partnership also allows the prospective driver-partners to complete their registration with Uber in the Robi Walk-In-Centres (WICs) with utmost convenience. The Uber driver partners will also enjoy specialised SIM cards and data packs from Robi, thanks to this partnership.
Chamara Thilak Manamperi, Executive Vice President, and Ahmed Armaan Siddiqui Vice President, Corporate Strategy, Robi were present on the occasion.
