NOVOAIR inaugurates new principal sales office at Banani.

Dhaka : The private carrier NOVOAIR has opened its new principal sales office in a more spacious and convenient location at Banani in the capital to ensure better services to its passengers.

The new sales office was inaugurated by Mofizur Rahman, Managing Director of NOVOAIR on March 10. Feroz Alam, Deputy Managing Director and other high officials of the airline along with travel agents were also present on the occasion.

Passengers can now purchase tickets and holiday packages directly from the new sales office of NOVOAIR apart from travel agencies. In addition, services to travel agencies and commercial organisations will also be provided from this new office located at House 32, Block G, Road 11, Banani, Dhaka. NOVOAIR currently operates six daily flights from Dhaka to Chattogram and Cox's Bazar, five daily flights to Jashore and Saidpur, two daily flights to Barishal and Sylhet and one daily flight to Rajshahi and Kolkata.

MTB, NOVOAIR launch co-branded credit card

Mutual Trust Bank Limited (MTB) and NOVOAIR Limited jointly launched a co-branded credit card titled 'MTB NOVOAIR UnionPay Platinum Credit Card' for the members of the airline's frequent flyers programme 'SMILES'.

To this purpose, Mofizur Rahman, Managing Director, NOVOAIR Limited and Syed Mahbubur Rahman, Managing Director and CEO, Mutual Trust Bank Limited signed a MoU on behalf of their respective organisations at the latter's head office in the city.

The co-branded cardholders can enjoy exclusive benefits such as discounted fare on all domestic and International routes operated by NOVOAIR, bonus SMILES miles, free access to MTB Air Lounges across the country and many more.

Other high officials of both the organisations were also present on the occasion.

NOVOAIR currently operates 28 flights a day, six from Dhaka to Chittagong, Cox's Bazar, five to Saidpur, Jashore, two to Sylhet, Barishal, one to Rajshahi and Kolkata.
