Dhaka: There is hardly any person who does not love the bite of ice cream. Lovello Ice-cream has been in the forefront of winning the hearts of the people through love.

Toufika Foods and Agro Industries Limited, a sister concern of the Toufika Group is manufacturing this Lovello ice-cream. It's managing director Md. Ekramul Haque himself is an engineer and a renowned businessman.

Primarily he concentrates on engineering and construction business, but once the desire to win the hearts of people got hold of him in such a way that he directly got involved himself in this business.

"Through the heart, we should understand the emotion and love of the people. And we should make people understand about our love and emotion through entertainment," said Engr Md Kamruzzaman, Chief Opera-ting Officer, Lovello.

And that's the reason Ekramul Haque dreamt of a business of making tasty food, which would be in the core of the heart of mass people.

The desire was turned to a determination. And this determination led him to unveil the Toufika Foods and Agro Industries Limited in 2011. A land was bought for the factory. In 2012 Ekramul Haque started building the ice-cream factory. On completion of the factory, the Lovello Ice-cream proudly entered into the market to win the heart of the people.

Lovello Ice Cream has been producing from the only well-planned eco-friendly ice cream factory of the country, established in a huge aesthetic landscape at Bhaluka, Mymensingh with own power support and green ETP plant. The factory was launched, following all standards and mandatory steps before entering the market.

Lovello Ice Cream was formally launched on February 14, 2016_ on Valentine's Day and since then it has been producing healthy, Halal and delicious Lovello Ice Cream made of imported high quality raw materials, using state-of-the-art technology and delivering ice creams for all classes and segments of consumers around the country.

The unprecedentedly yummy ice creams like Hidden Heart (3 Flavours in 1), Heart Beats (2 flavours in 1), Toffy Beats, Hazzle Beats, Sixty Nine Lolly, 50ml mini cup, 750ml container and many more, according to the ice cream lovers' palate and pocket.

For the first time in Bangladesh, it has brought Premium quality Shahi Khajur Malai with 100 per cent natural Khajur flavour, Mini Cone, Couple Tub, Hidden Heart Single and Heart Beats Single in mini size variation to meet individual needs and demand.

Engr Md Kamruzzaman said, "Our Managing Director Ekramul Haque believes, 'now it is time to become the heart beats of everyone.' That is why their slogan is 'Beats of My Heart.'"

Kamruzzaman said, "Manpower, quality materials and machine make our product different from others".

"We have got experienced manpower who have vast experience in ice cream industry. The machinery have been bought from Europe and all the ingredients, we import from Denmark, Australia, New Zealand to give the people a quality taste," he added.

"Our plan was to launch 52 items in 2016 but we came up with 54 items. We are focused on variation of our products and never compromise with the quality," he added.

"Our products segment is stick, stick premium, cup mini, cup regular, maxi cone, mini cone, couple tub, 500ml container, 1 litre container normal, ice cream cake in variety of flavours and taste."

Price range is : Stick - Tk 12 to Tk 25, Cup-Tk 12 to 20, Cone-Tk 40 to Tk 25, Couple tub Tk 50, 500ml container Tk 100, container Tk 145, 1 liter Tk 195, ice cream cake Tk 395 to Tk500.

Engr Md Kamruzzaman has 14 years of experience in ice cream sector and it is his experience, which helped the Lovello to step ahead flawlessly.
