Street Food Market begins at Four Points by Sheraton Dhaka

Dhaka: Four Points by Sheraton Dhaka has brought back the popular Street Food Market at its signature restaurant The Eatery, starting from today till October 12.

The much hyped food festival this year has new additions from new destinations that were not available previously offering every delicacy a guest can imagine to have a full gastronomic experience.

Noeke Kusuma, General Manager, Four Points by Sheraton Dhaka said this at a press conference held yesterday at the hotel. The hotel's Executive Chef Kaique, Ahmed Reza, Country Manager Bangladesh, Cathay Pacific and Syed Mehran Hussain, Marketing Manager, Four Points by Sheraton Dhaka were also present at the press meet, among others.

Among the new additions this year, Street Food Market will have 6-7 live cooking stations to delight the guest with the beauty of culinary arts and prepare them whatever dish they wish to have instantly.

Enticing items, prepared by Chef Kaique from Brazil, await the guests at the food festival. With an experience of working in different world class hotels around the globe, Chef Kaique, along with his team, is now in Dhaka to offer the guests mouth-watering foods from America, Mexico, Italy, Japan, China, Thailand, Indonesia, India etc.

At the festival, guests can find Italian Pizza, live Pasta, Risotto, Cheese Bread, live cooked Carbonara, Beef Salami, freshly baked Focaccia, Lentils and many more delectable items.

Burritos, Tacos bar, Grilled Corn with Lime and Parmesan, Beef and Chicken Nachos all are available for the guests to indulge in at the Mexican station.

Guests will also be able to taste the authentic Thai cuisine with Pad Thai, Sang Choi Bao, Sichuan Lamb with Smoked Eggplant Nahmprik, Whole Grilled Snapper with Coriander Soy Sauce.

For the Japanese food lovers, there are Sushi, Sashimi, Tasmanian Salmon Tempura, Chicken Teriyaki, Fried Rice, Chicken Gyoz, Prawn Ceviche, Silken Tofu with Wasabi Pepper Sauce, Grilled Prawns with Kombu Butter and many more.

From the special Sea Food station, guests can enjoy Lobster-Prawns, Crab, Squid and Tuna.

Other well-craved dishes include American hot dog, Indian Dosa, Chinese Sichuan Steak, Tartar with Shaved Fried Garlic, Black Pepper Mud Crab, Salt and Pepper Squid, Sweet and Sour Lamb Ribs, fresh juices, candies etc.

Moreover, this year, the hotel is also offering Bangladeshi local food items at the festival to make them stand out and not be mistaken for Indian dishes.

As icing on the cake, the dessert station has deep fried ice cream with butterscotch syrup, Banana Tempura, Pecan Pie, Key West Lemon Pie, Butterscotch Pots de Crème with Salted Caramel, Strawberry and apple Polenta Rumble, Sticky Rice with Mango to serve all the tummy cravings.

The buffet is priced at BDT4500 net per person. There are also Buy One Get One (BOGO) offers for select cards.
