Dhaka: NOVOAIR has resumed flights to Cox’s Bazar from July 30, announced the carrier in a press release.
The airline will be operating three daily flights on the route with one-way fare starting from BDT 3,500 per passenger.
The flights will depart Dhaka at 7:30 am, 12:00 pm and 2:30 pm while the return flight will depart Cox’s Bazar at 9:05 am, 1:35 pm and 4:05 pm, respectively.
NOVOAIR will soon offer holiday packages for passengers too, the release added.
Currently, the airline operates daily flights from Dhaka to Chattogram, Saidpur, Sylhet, Jashore, Barishal and Rajshahi in compliance with health guidelines issued by the government.
On March 25, the government suspended flight operations to contain the spread of the coronavirus. Flight services then resumed partly from June 1 and NOVOAIR started flying to Chattogram, Saidpur, Sylhet, Jashore, Barishal and Rajshahi in phases.
Now, it has been followed by the carrier's latest move of resuming flights to the popular holiday destination Cox's Bazar.
