Dhaka : Bhuban Chandra Biswas, Chief Executive Officer, Bangladesh Tourism Board praised The Bangladesh Monitor for their role in growth of Bangladesh's travel and tourism industry and thanked for the initiative like Dhaka Travel Mart. He urged upon the stakeholders for coordinated efforts to attract more foreign tourists to the country.
He was speaking as the chief guest at the closing ceremony NOVOAIR Dhaka Travel Mart-2019, held at the final day of the three day fair on March 23 at Pan Pacific Sonargaon Dhaka. The function was attended by Mes-bah-ul-Islam, Head of Marketing and Sales, NOVOAIR, the title sponsor of the event.
Later BTB CEO handed over the crests of appreciation to all the participants from home and abroad.
The function ended with an exciting raffle draw on entry coupons. 16 visitors won raffle prizes, courtesy various organisations. Jhumu, holder of the coupon number 03437 won the first prize of Dhaka-Kuala Lumpur-Dhaka air ticket on Biman for two persons while the second prize of Dhaka-Bangkok-Dhaka air ticket on US-Bangla Airlines for two persons went to Sabbir Hossain, coupon number 03441.
