Baywatch wins two accolades at South Asian Travel Awards 2025
Dhaka: Baywatch, the new luxury hotel located in Bangladesh’s Cox’s Bazar, won two top awards during South Asian Travel Awards (SATA) 2025 held in Colombo, Sri Lanka on September 19–20.
Baywatch was honored as South Asia’s Leading Beach Hotel and South Asia’s Best New Beach Hotel.
SATA Awards bring together leading brands from South Asia’s tourism and hospitality industry. This recognition reflects Baywatch’s commitment to offering world-class service, luxury experiences for international travelers, and memorable stays along the world’s longest sea beach in Cox’s Bazar.
On the occasion, SATA President Ismail Hameed said, “It is truly commendable that Baywatch has achieved such international standards of hospitality within its very first year of establishment. This achievement is not only for Baywatch but also for the entire tourism industry of Bangladesh, and we believe it sets a new benchmark in South Asian hospitality.”
It is to be mentioned that Baywatch, located in Inani, Cox’s Bazar, began its journey in 2024.
With world-class accommodation, fine dining plus banquet, wellness experiences, and quality guest services, the hotel has distinguished itself both nationally and internationally within just a year, said a release.
